1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Product must be in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable)


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The order was canceled before shipping

  • The product qualifies under our return rules

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


3. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the mistake is from our side (wrong item / damaged item).


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer choice (change of mind, wrong selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if it has not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — the item must go through the return process.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

You must email us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photo/video of the damaged item

  • Packaging images

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Full refund


7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • The item is unused

  • Exchange request is made within 14 days

  • The item is in original packaging

Customer may be responsible for exchange shipping depending on the reason.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit/debit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
