1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method:

  • USA Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
  • USA Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
If the address is incorrect:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment

6. Delayed / Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first
  • Then email us with your order number + tracking number
  • We will assist in locating or replacing the order where eligible

7. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes
  • Local VAT charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Order number

We will arrange:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Or refund (depending on item condition)

9. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if not yet processed.
If the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return under our Refund & Return Policy.
